Meng holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin and a M.S. in Software Systems Engineering from Boston University. In addition, Meng holds two Executive Education degrees, one in General Management from the University of Texas, Austin, and one in Design Thinking from Stanford University.
